Design foundations, retaining walls, horizontal directional drills, and slope stability using appropriate calculations.
Evaluate construction design proposals for geotechnical compliance.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Develop design drawings and specifications for construction projects.
Plan and conduct geotechnical explorations.
Perform geotechnical analysis and studies to assess mitigation options for geohazards (e.g., seismic analysis, karst evaluation).
Assess team performance and identify training needs to meet objectives.
Support Program Manager in design and evaluation of construction documents.
Assist in proposal development and cost/schedule estimation for investigations.
Provide direction to technical teams during field inspections.
Review and approve geotechnical designs from external consultants.

Experience with engineering, procurement, and construction projects is desirable.
BS in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
