The Leasing Coordinator will coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. This role handles all leasing activities, ensures resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and drives lease renewals.
The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in various weather conditions. A flexible schedule is needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on the property.
Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance. Temporary team members receive an Employee Assistance Program and paid sick time, while compensation and benefits may vary for union and prevailing‑wage roles.
