We are seeking an experienced Senior Coordinator to lead bids and proposals for large, high‑profile real‑estate opportunities. The role sits within the Business Development Centre (BDC) in Australia, a specialised team that provides strategic direction and execution of new business pursuits, and reports to the BDC Manager in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of business development or bid experience in commercial real‑estate or a related professional services sector, superior written and verbal communication skills, and strong strategic and project‑management capabilities.
- 4+ years experience in business development, tender, bid or submission within commercial real estate or related professional services.
- Superior written and verbal communication, proofreading, and editing abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and project‑management skills, handling multiple projects to deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
- Solid understanding of content and visuals required for compelling submission documents.
