Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager position located in Aurora, CO. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of multifamily properties, ensure efficient execution of property business plans, and manage tenant relations. Key responsibilities include supervising property staff, marketing and leasing apartments, maintaining the property to meet high-quality standards, vendor management, and achieving financial objectives. The role also involves monitoring property compliance with regulations and implementing operational improvements as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control
• Ability to work on-site with flexible hours to meet operational needs
• Proficiency in property management software and office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of property maintenance, vendor coordination, and compliance protocols
• Excellent organizational abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills
