Uplight
Combines AI‑driven customer engagement with flexibility management to help utilities conserve, shift, and monetize energy.
Oversee the effective allocation of resources across multiple projects within the program to maximize productivity and ensure project success.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with other Data Platform product managers to ensure data quality and robust pipelining requirements are met to support data science and analytics initiatives

Establish and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and senior leadership.

Comfort with technical concepts (data cleaning/interpolation, modeling solutions, evaluation metrics, pipelines), strong data competency, and curiosity to dive deeper where needed.
A collaborative, adaptable mindset; you’re comfortable leading, motivating, and managing cross-functional teams, and directing the work of multiple engineering pods while rolling up your sleeves.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
Utility or energy industry experience.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with data platforms, machine learning, Databricks or other similar technologies.
