  • Oversee the effective allocation of resources across multiple projects within the program to maximize productivity and ensure project success.

  • Establish and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
  • Ensure platform components integrate cohesively with the rest of Uplight’s products and services.

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Comfort with technical concepts (data cleaning/interpolation, modeling solutions, evaluation metrics, pipelines), strong data competency, and curiosity to dive deeper where needed.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset; you’re comfortable leading, motivating, and managing cross-functional teams, and directing the work of multiple engineering pods while rolling up your sleeves.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
  • Utility or energy industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data platforms, machine learning, Databricks or other similar technologies.
