The position is remote (USA) and reports to Taylor Washburn, with a compensation range of $70‑100K per year. It focuses on enrollments, billing, compliance support, reporting and recurring benefits processes while working closely with HR, Finance and external vendors.
The analyst acts as the primary benefits resource for corporate HR and partner HR teams, handling enrollment, onboarding/off‑boarding updates and ongoing benefits changes. They also lead annual open enrollment data preparation, validation and reconciliation, and ensure billing and 401(k) funding align with payroll and vendor invoices. Ongoing duties include compliance activities such as ACA, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 and audits, as well as generating standard reports and data extracts.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (or two years of directly related experience in place of a degree) and have at least one year of benefits administration or HR‑operations experience (three years if no degree). Required skills include occasional travel, advanced Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail. Preferred qualifications comprise knowledge of U.S. benefits and retirement compliance, experience with HRIS and benefits platforms, and background in multi‑entity, high‑growth or M&A environments.
