Team Member, the ability work as part of a team managing deadlines
An understanding of Revit and CAD, with the ability to navigate around a 3D model environment
An in depth understanding of core BMS system functionality and major brands
An understanding of how the BMS engages with wider system functionality, including ICT systems
Confident client-facing interpersonal skills
An in depth understanding of the control systems that interact with the BMS wider system, including protocols and standards
Standard Desktop Applications such as MS Office 365
Understanding of ICT, IOT & Cyber Security principles
Solid report writing skills, and ability to convey new concepts in visual forms such as flow charts and topologies
Ability to engage with a client and understand their needs & requirements
Understanding of Audiovisual principles
