Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the operations department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Veregy’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Provides overall leadership and accountability for all close-out activities associated with the project.
Promotes safe working methods and provide safety measures as needed for our on-site personnel and subcontractors.
Develops a comprehensive schedule from the inception of the project by closely reviewing plans and specifications for required activities.
Ensures 2-3 week look ahead schedules are completed by Site Superintendents and review and distributed to project team.
Proactively manages project schedules with team to ensure projects remain on or ahead of schedule.
Works with project team and subcontractors to accurately reflect durations and sequence or logic.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Division of the State Architecture (DSA) projects experience required.
Experience with the K-12 education market required.
