Supporting Users on both hardware and Software applications
2nd line support of escalated Service Desk tickets that require in-depth trouble shooting or hands-on interaction of devices across our offices in the midlands
Utilise ITSM tool to prioritise the impact of incoming cases
Patching and input managing networking equipment
Build and support Windows 10/11, iOS/Android devices, MobileIron, Intune, Autopilot, Deployment tools such as PDQ.
Maintain security infrastructure including antivirus software
Administer Active Directory including Group Policies
Anti-Virus and Systems monitoring
Assist in small project work alongside the Direct Delivery team
