Support customer service teams in response to customer inquiries
Conduct environmental and/or regulatory testing
Fabricate and assemble prototype components and modules
Item registrations in PDM and ERP systems including the creation of configuration matrices, BoMs, ERs and ECOs
Support additional engineering activities related to production
Write test reports
Support the operations team in the manufacture and shipment of products
Design, develop, and document (using 3D CAD software) improvements to existing components and modules
Design, develop, and document (using 3D CAD software) new components and modules
Fabricated and formed sheet metal parts
Assist with design reviews
Support field service teams in troubleshooting issues at customer sites
Develop design verification test methods

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Technology leadership mindset
3-5 years of experience in mechanical design
Experience working in experimental/machine shops
xperience working in a manufacturing environment
Machined aluminum, steel and plastic parts
Injection molded plastic and elastomeric parts
SolidWorks CAD system
Ability to work both individually and in a team
BS in an engineering discipline (preferably mechanical engineering)
