Description

The Service Ambassador actively manages the delivery of the “World’s Best Workplace” across office and cafeteria floors, serving as the primary point of contact for anyone seeking information, service, or assistance, and ensuring clear communication at all times.

This role coordinates with teams to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance, guides residents to the right resources, assists with right‑sized meeting rooms, and builds a sense of community through events and stakeholder engagement.

• Facilitate unassigned seating and ensure its long‑term effectiveness.
• Build community engagement and stakeholder relationships on the floor.
• Own the floor space across all service groups and act as primary point of contact.
• Make decisions, guide behavior, pilot adjustments and escalate issues as needed.
• Gather and act on employee feedback; issue monthly utilization reports.
• Organise and log community events and collaborative activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date Floor Ambassador documentation in SharePoint.
• Assist residents and visitors with workstation location, equipment, and orientation.
• Provide concierge‑style support for meetings, printing, and on‑floor services.
• Manage floor aesthetics, enforce clean‑desk policies, and oversee lost‑and‑found.
• Conduct morning floor checks and resolve cleanliness issues promptly.
• Monitor and adjust cleaning schedules to address recurring problems.
• Handle help‑desk tickets, update signage, and maintain inventory of tech kits.
• Ensure health‑ and safety compliance, including signage, barriers, and temperature monitoring.
• Supervise meeting‑room setup, resolve conflicts, and enforce etiquette.

Requirements

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or hospitality diploma, possess strong communication skills, and have 1–2 years of relevant hospitality or service experience. You will join a global firm that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.
