Demonstratable experience with at least one professional or academic project encompassing a complete CFD analysis including preprocessing, model setup, and result interpretation
Above average GPA (3.5 or higher) in their graduate program
Currently earning or recently graduated with a Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with data analysis tools like Pandas, JMP, or excel VBA
Experience with at least one Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tool like Fluent, Icepak, or Star-CCM
Excellent presentation skills
