The Community Manager I provides overall supervision of a community association, interacting with homeowners, vendors, board members, committee members, and Associa staff. This role ensures the association’s operations align with the management agreement and internal policies.
The position requires a solid foundation in community and real‑estate knowledge, strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates must be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time‑critical priorities while delivering professional customer service.
An Associate’s degree is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and applicants should have 0–3 years of community association experience.
