The Compliance Support Administrator is responsible for ensuring program compliance with multi-family housing programs and requirements, training regulations and software. Responsible for ensuring properties are operating in accordance with regulations and standards and maximizing the effectiveness of affordable software systems and processes.

Assist with initiatives to improve the compliance performance of the portfolio.
Maintain relationships with regulatory personnel.
Resolve compliance software issues.
Responsible for all compliance helpdesk inquiries and resolutions, including but not limited to:
Complete and submit, timely and accurately, all records, reports and documents required by the Company.
Administration of affordable software and products.
Responsible for developing and maintaining compliance resources.
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing compliance training to others breaking down information in a systematic/logical manner.

Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License in the state of residence.
Must possess strong analytical, communication, administrative, research, and interpersonal skills.
2+ years of demonstrated and progressive compliance experience with Yardi software products.
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Able to work efficiently with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
Fluent in Spanish a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2+ years of experience with compliance regulations for federal multi-family housing programs, such as but not limited to: Fair Housing, LIHTC, HUD Project Based Section 8, HUD Project Based and tenant vouchers.
Proficient in standard information technology tools, including Office products.
2+ years of progressive compliance experience with Housing Assistance Payment vouchering systems.
