- Participate on broker calls/meetings and property tours when available
- Work both independently and collaboratively with other teams within RFM
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare Investment Committee memos outlining investment rationale , deal returns, and key execution risks
- Perform financial analysis and due diligence for new and existing debt investments
- Support asset management through review of quarterly reporting and loan compliance

- Current undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 2026-Spring 2027
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with excel
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance , Real Estate Finance , Economics, or other related fields
