The incumbent will perform budget execution tasks, extracting and summarizing data from the financial system, travel system, and purchase‑card tool. They will manage multiple Spend Plans, reconcile financial reports, track commitments and expenditures in the Federal Financial Management System, and support the CSD budget dashboard. Additional duties include analyzing financial data, preparing complex reports and briefings, and allocating funding across subdivisions and program codes while reconciling planned versus actual spending.
Guidehouse is hiring for a Finance & Accounting Consulting role within its Finance Strategy Administration line of business. The position may require up to 10 % travel and mandates an active Public Trust security clearance.
Candidates must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance, with an active clearance preferred. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in the federal budget lifecycle and procurement process are required. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and proficiency with standard MS Office applications are essential.
Strong oral and written communication skills are needed to act as a liaison between the CSD Front Office, subdivisions, and the CFO. Familiarity with federal travel and government purchase‑card policies is a plus.
