Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams across geographies; excellent communication, proposal leadership and client stewardship.
Demonstrable pipeline development and capture performance in high‑growth storage markets; fluency in hybrid dispatch and ancillary services value‑stacks.
10–15 years in power systems or energy infrastructure, with at least 5+ years in utility-scale BESS or hybrid renewables + storage projects. Proven experience in Owner’s/Independent Engineer roles, interconnection studies, and EMS/SCADA integration. Familiarity with Li-ion BESS safety and fire protection standards (e.g., NFPA 855) required.
B.Eng./B.Sc. (electrical preferred) with P.Eng./PE (or eligibility); strong knowledge of grid codes and interconnection standards.
