The Safety Support Associate role at our Los Angeles RHC location works part‑time on Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 am‑3:30 pm) with an hourly wage of $21.71‑$26.36, non‑exempt. The associate proactively ensures a safe environment for staff, participants, and visitors by monitoring facilities, engaging participants, and supporting crisis response, while assisting with security protocols and documentation.
All employees must be authorized to work in the U.S., reside in California, and meet general staff requirements such as CPR/First Aid certification, background screening, and health clearances. The position is on‑site; hybrid or remote work is not offered except for approved off‑site locations tied to operational needs.

Our Interim Housing team believes ending homelessness requires permanent housing combined with individualized support, evidence‑based practices, and a diverse, inclusive work environment.
