As a Senior Planner, you’ll play a key role in developing, monitoring, and reporting on project programmes for a range of complex civil engineering schemes. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure programmes are realistic, achievable, and delivered to client requirements.

  • Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 (and/or MS Project).
  • Support tender submissions with planning input, methodologies, and programme logic.
  • Analyse productivity data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with design, commercial, and construction teams to ensure programme accuracy and alignment.
  • Attend project progress meetings and present programme updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery in a contracting environment.
