

Risk and quality management: Identify and mitigate potential risks (financial, safety, technical) and ensure the quality of the final design output.
Team and project management: Lead and motivate design teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and oversee the entire design process from ideation to production.
Technical oversight and compliance: Ensure designs are technically sound, meet all client requirements, and comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and legislation.
Documentation and reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of the design process and report on progress to senior management.
Client and stakeholder liaison: Work with clients to ensure their expectations are met and communicate with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on drylining or other interior packages and will be interested in specialising their skillset. You’ll be working closely with the design director with the opportunity to progress into a principal design manager role.
Background working for an Drylining Specialist or heavy involvement in this package previously
Salary: £60,000 – 75,000 + package (dependent on experience)
