Daily reports in construction management software.
Key duties include schedule input; submittals; preparing field work packages; compiling as-built data; verifying installation quantities; field safety and quality inspections.
Work closely with document control and field personnel to ensure they have latest drawings and installation documents.
Perform procurement quantity takeoffs.
Ensure that work is correctly cost coded and all extra work is coded to separate cost codes as assigned by the Project Engineer or other.
Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.
Update drawings with redlines of as-built information.
