  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement principles to employees at all levels.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
  • Manage and report on project timelines, resources, and expected outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute solution strategies to achieve production and cost targets.
  • Track KPls to ensure the sustainability of improvements.
  • Develop a team of problem solvers that fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Analyze current processes, identify, and quantify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Coordinate with divisional operational excellence leaders to evaluate the site's performance against a "World Class" Operations Management standard. Audit periodically to this framework, identifying, planning and closing gaps to standard.
  • Identify, prioritize, and recommend projects using loss deployment methodologies. Track the team's performance across all operational excellence pillars and ensure value is being added by the projects selected. Present monthly progress to the Plant Manager
  • Foster a positive and safe work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects across departments to drive process optimization and cost reduction.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence role.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Management; or equivalent related field.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (preferred)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives with measurable results.
