Develop project schedules, resource schedules, cost breakdowns, and value engineering recommendations.
Review bid documents and prepare all proposal items required for bid submission including quantity takeoffs and market research.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in estimating heavy civil and marine construction projects.
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic estimating team.
