We are seeking quality subcontractors to add to our vendor list, especially firms with expertise in various restoration trades.
Because most of our projects are insurance‑related, we require subcontractors to maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of $1 million per occurrence, $2 million general aggregate per project, $1 million products/completed operations aggregate, and $1 million personal and advertising injury. In addition, Business Automobile Liability coverage must be $1 million combined single limit, or alternatively $1 million bodily injury per person and per occurrence with $500 k property damage.
