-Create quality reports after site visits and list issues which require corrective action -Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation of modernisation and construction products -Train local employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions -Provide technical support to ensure customer specification requirements -Tune and Test modernisation and new install products including destination
