Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects (Information Management).
Demonstrate an understanding of engineering principles and spatial coordination.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Software certification such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Synchro, Fuzor etc. is desirable.
Proficient knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) such as ACC, BIM360, ASITE or ProjectWise.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Dynamo is desirable.
Good knowledge of data visualization/analytics platforms such as PowerBI.
Contractor’s experience is advantageous with an understanding of driving project digital delivery from design, construction to handover stage.
Sound knowledge in engineering design and in assisting engineering disciplines in with Self/Inter and Multi-disciplinary design coordination and quality compliance.
A thorough understanding of data, information management including compliance to ISO 19650 standards.
Good knowledge of LOD 300-500 industry standard.
Must have developed Information Management documents e.g. Pre- and Post-BEP, federation strategy, Level Of Information Need, responsibility matrix etc.
Understanding of MIDP/TIDP is essential.
Have a solid understanding of construction processes.
Knowledge of information management uses such as construction sequencing (4D), quantity take-offs (5D), extended reality (VR+AR).
Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice.
Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented.
Proficient knowledge of model federation and design co-ordination platforms such as Navisworks, BIM Track or Revizto for performing tasks like clash management, model walkthroughs, issue tracking and management.
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in architecture or engineering and 8+ years’ experience in AEC industry, preferably with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Middle East region, with an engineering/design consultancy, PMC or contractor.
Demonstrable experience of working with various stakeholders (such as but not limited to contractors, consultants, PMCs, vendors and clients.
Good knowledge of authoring tools from key software vendors such as Autodesk, Bentley, Rhino, Trimble in delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking.
Information Management certification from a relevant institution e.g. BRE, Operam Academy, RICS etc.
Stakeholder management skills.
A grounded understanding of construction quality processes.
Have thorough understanding of tasks related to QA/QC of LOD 400-500 construction models.
