Modify existing PM’s as needed, based on recommendations from the reliability and maintenance personnel, and completing PM optimizations.
Lead the updates and creation of assets, spare parts lists, and PM’s (routes and job tasks) for existing equipment/systems.
Provide necessary service support and training to Plant Maximo users, utilizing the Maximo Best Practices.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the Maintenance and Operations employees.

3 or more years of reliability experience in continuous process manufacturing environments.
Experience with creating PM’s for equipment/systems, and in some cases for equipment without any existing PM’s.
Good working knowledge of standard equipment used in production facilities – motors, pumps, couplings, speed reducers, actuators, linear & rotational bearings, conveyors, and electrical/pneumatic components/equipment.
Proficiency with Maximo or similar CMMS, and MS Office.
Completion of University degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
Analytical skills with high level of accuracy and strong work ethics.
Experience with creating spare parts lists, including identification of critical spares.
