القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الأولويات في بيئات العمل المزدحمة.
مرونة عالية في التعامل مع المهام المتنوعة وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
المساعدة في تنفيذ وتطوير الأنشطة والخطط المتعلقة بالمشروع.
مهارات تواصل عالية (شفهية وكتابية).
التفرغ الكامل طوال فترة موسم الحج.
يفضل وجود خبرة عمل سابقة في مشاريع موسم الحج أو في بيئات مشابهة.
الالتزام بتنفيذ أي مهام إضافية يتم تكليف الموظف بها من قبل مدير المشروع أو المشرف المباشر.
تقديم الدعم العام في المشروع المحدد له خلال موسم الحج.
التعاون مع الفرق المعنية في المشروع لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق والتعاون مع الزملاء ضمن المشروع.
سعودي/ـة الجنسية.
متابعة سير العمل وضمان تنفيذ المهام في الوقت المحدد.
أن يكون حاصلاً على الثانوية العامة أو درجة الدبلوم أو أعلى في أحد المجالات الفنية أو الهندسية أو المالية أو الإدارية.
أن لايقل العمر عن 18 عام.
تقديم الدعم الإداري للمشروع والفرق العاملة فيه.
