Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Description

• Manage program, cost reporting, procurement, and subcontractor performance
• Oversee site teams to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Identify improvements in delivery processes and foster a collaborative team culture
• Lead day-to-day project delivery from inception to handover

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• Ability to build rapport, lead multidisciplinary teams, and navigate government stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability managing full project lifecycle valued $10M+
• Strong, stable pipeline of government and community-focused projects
• Proven experience delivering new build projects in commercial, government, defence, education, health, or community sectors
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
