Description

Meet daily operational deadlines, including managing multiple shared email inboxes
Provide reception cover on a rota basis
Update and maintain client account details
Process order forms for the New Sales and Client Management teams
Amend client data criteria as required
Respond to requests from the wider business regarding client accounts in a timely manner
Confirm orders for invoicing and create credit notes as required
Create data feeds and trials for clients

Strong Excel skills and experience using in-house systems are beneficial
Proficiency with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite

Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is essential
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
