

Pacesetter in turnkey engineering, construction, maintenance, turnaround and fabrication for industrial sectors.
The role is responsible for all maintenance work activities within the assigned area of the plant. It involves coordinating, overseeing, and directing maintenance work, improvement projects, and production support from a global perspective while adhering to Zachry Industrial Group policies and procedures. The position requires flexibility to work off‑hours and overtime as needed.
Key duties include daily interaction with client representatives, documenting delays, and supporting the foreman with safety meetings, schedule updates, work order confirmation, deficiency reporting, training calendars, toolbox topics, crew focus metrics, and call‑out logs. The incumbent provides direction and support to Craft Foremen, evaluates personnel capabilities, and helps chart career paths. They act as the information hub for the area, ensuring supervisors meet expectations, delivering performance feedback, and coaching staff to improve job performance. A strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and OSHA health, safety, and environmental regulations is essential.
Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree in Business Management or Management Development preferred. Required skills encompass communication, organization, leadership, team‑building, conflict management, client and labor relations, and proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
