We’re looking for a proactive and organised professional to oversee day-to-day facilities and administration operations, ensuring our teams are supported with the resources they need to thrive. This role leads a small team and works closely with senior leadership, project teams, and external partners to maintain high standards across all locations.

• Support internal communications and organise staff events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee daily operations across head and site offices, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant facilities.
• Coordinate procurement of office supplies, furniture, and consumables, while monitoring budgets.
• Manage lease agreements, office setups, relocations, and maintenance activities.
• Champion Terra Verde’s values, policies, and systems across all locations.
• Lead and support reception and administration teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Lead and develop your team, driving engagement, accountability, and performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Certificate III in Business Administration (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to lead change, manage resources, and drive team performance.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in office operations or events management.
