  • Manage reporting of vehicle maintenance/fleet listing
  • Building and upfitting new fleet vehicles, including vehicle upfitting, GPS
  • Arrange for movement of vehicles to and from their assigned
  • Manage budgeting of vehicle purchases
  • Managing vehicle accidents
  • Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition
  • Manage DOT regulations as required
  • Arrange for movement of vehicles to and from outside repair shops
  • Ensure Operations Managers perform basic routine vehicle inspections
  • Ensure that drivers perform basic maintenance & repair operations,i.e., oil changes
  • Maintain driver’s alert program for all drivers
  • Arrange for detailing of fleet vehicles
  • Manage oil change scheduling software
  • Conduct new hire driver training
  • Purchasing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet
