What you would be doing

  • Perform Bank Reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate entries to the GL.
  • Perform AP related accruals and other month-end related journal entries.
  • Review, audit and enter weekly expense reports while ensuring the company travel policy is being followed.
  • Interact and assist internal and external customers with inquiries, problem resolution, training and other informational requests.
  • Expedite special payment requests and follow-through on vendor issues. Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Process weekly check-runs / disbursements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.), discipline in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred but not required.
  • Experience with MS Office

  • Experience with Costpoint ERP and Lotus Notes a plus.
  • 10-Key by touch.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize the departments deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
