- Maintain repair records.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment to maintain workplace safety and production efficiency.
- Generate parts lists and labor time estimates for maintenance and repairs.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Two years’ experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance and repairs
- Occupational Safety- Using knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, strategies, and judgement to determine whether events or processes comply with laws and regulations to promote standards as well as working to continuously improve processes to ensure safety of all individuals.
- Communication Skills - The ability to give full attention to what others are saying and communicating information so that others will understand.
- Experience installing and programming electrical safety devices
- Two-year technical degree from an accredited school or college
- Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams
- Must Adhere to Nucor Rebar Fabrication safety programs and OSHA safety standards
- Familiar with OSHA safety standards
- Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor Rebar Fabrication mission statement.
- Demonstrated communication skills necessary to coordinate teammates and schedule repairs or maintenance.
- Two years’ experience in electrical maintenance and repairs
- Training in electrical controls, welding, mobile crane operation and rigging
- Electrical Knowledge - Knowledge of (basic) electrical theory, including (basic) troubleshooting, installation, repair and/or maintenance of electronic equipment.
- Attention to Detail - Thorough in accomplishing tasks, no matter how small they may be, and taking care to make sure that expectations are met.
- Mechanical Knowledge - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and/or maintenance.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Dependability - Being reliable, responsible and committed to fulfilling obligations.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as with others to achieve a common goal.
- ROA Bonus Eligible: Up to 33%
- Profit Sharing; 20.17% of Eligible Earnings (5-Year Average)
