Skilled / Semi-Skilled Operative (Timber Kit Manufacturer)

Description

The role involves assisting the production team to manufacture timber frame panels, floor cassettes and roof cassettes to consistently high standards while complying with construction industry building standards.

• Assist team to carry out works in accordance with appropriate construction industry building standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping within your work area.
• Report any job‑related problems/issues to the Production Manager or Working Factory Foreman.
• Report any accidents/near misses immediately to the Production Manager or Working Factory Foreman.
• Co‑operate with colleagues, supervisors and management.
• Identify any relevant training needs to the Production Manager.
• Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures, raising doubts with the Production Manager.
• Carry out any other ad‑hoc duties requested by the Production Manager.
