Tasks
-Maintain a forward schedule of meetings and manage calendar invites. -Coordinate and attend DoO governance meetings, producing formal records and tracking actions to completion. -Assist with planning-related stakeholder engagement and ad hoc project support. -Ensure timely circulation and approval of meeting notes in line with SZC document control procedures. -Liaise with East Suffolk Council to upload finalised meeting records to their portal. -Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture aligned with SZC’s long-term goals. -Contribute to the UK’s net-zero future. -Maintain a tracker for financial obligations and outgoing payments under the DoO. -Support reporting by managing data and outputs for internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring
-Knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Teamcenter). -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). -Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail. -Strong administrative and organisational skills with recent experience in a similar role. -Experience managing stakeholder relationships or teams. -Familiarity with planning or infrastructure project environments. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
