Our four‑week paid training prepares technically skilled individuals for the field, but success requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking. - Genuine love of travel; willingness to be away from home on rotation.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and communication networking.
- Adaptability, grit, strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Live within 50 mi of a major airport; personal vehicle available within 45 days.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; technical degree or 3+ years hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
- Lift, carry, move up to 50 lb.
- Stand, kneel, or reach for extended periods.

- Starting salary $60K‑$75K plus per diem, mileage, utilization & weekend bonuses.
