- Navigate incentive programs, interconnection processes, and regulatory frameworks in target markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, engineering, legal, and accounting teams to ensure smooth closings
- Assist in the negotiation of term sheets, purchase and sale agreements, and partnership documents
- Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis
- Support origination, diligence, and execution of project and portfolio acquisitions across distributed solar and storage assets
- Build relationships with developers, partners, and investors to support pipeline growth

- Solid understanding of tax equity, debt, and renewable project economics
