  • Support senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues
  • Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of maintenance/service reports
  • Safety – following all procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Adhere to company safety policies, OSHA standards, and environmental procedures while working on equipment.
  • Assist Maintenance Team Leader with improvement projects as directed
  • Assist with equipment breakdown and repair calls
  • Follow directives of the Maintenance Team Leader and senior technicians
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Use tools and materials responsibly to minimize waste and support environmental goals

  • Enrolled in a Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical program
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • No prior experience required; hands-on technical coursework or lab experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • No authorization to independently perform major repairs without supervision.
  • WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS: (only those actually necessary for the position) * Work gloves.
  • Gain hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting industrial compressed air systems
  • No authority to make equipment modifications or purchase parts without approval
  • OSHA certification strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently when assigned
  • Accuracy and timeliness of maintenance documentation
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn technical skills
  • Access to maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment documentation as necessary for support tasks.
  • No authority to issue directives or make maintenance-related decisions without approval
  • Basic computer skills; ability to convert US to metric measurements
  • Responsiveness and support during equipment breakdowns
  • Successful completion of assigned projects or tasks
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments, confined spaces, and at heights
  • Safety glasses.
