Bid Coordinator

Description

This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a key role in writing and management of high-value, strategic recruitment bids across all sector-specific UK business lines, with a focus on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements and Sole Supply tenders.

• Supporting content capture, management, and improvement process to continuously improve win potential
• Designing compelling client-facing presentations and marketing material
• Managing the end-to-end bid process in response to procurement activities conducted by new or existing clients
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to draw on their subject matter expertise
• Working on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements and sole supply tenders
• Leading bid responses based on best practice
• Writing, editing, and proofreading to create high-quality bid/tender responses

Requirements

• Word processing and presentation design skills using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Ideally experience in the recruitment industry or within bid management
• A flexible approach and an ability to prioritise tasks as required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
