Perform small tool repair and welder maintenance
Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and inspections
Conduct test drives and functional tests to verify quality of repairs
Assist with shop and building projects including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and light fabrication
Can handle routine maintenance on forklifts, trucks, generators, and shop machinery
Prioritize work orders and minimize downtime
Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas
Track and document repairs and maintenance performed
Diagnose, repair, and maintain company fleet vehicles, forklifts, small engines, generators, and shop equipment

3+ years mechanical maintenance experience or completion of a technical/trade school program
Enjoys variety, problem solving, and keeping operations running smoothly
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and shift between mechanic and general maintenance tasks
Ability to pass background check and drug screen (including Motor Vehicle Report and Marijuana as a disqualifier)
Strong mechanical aptitude with a “diagnose and solve” mindset
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work outside, and stand for extended periods
Clear communication and ability to work well with a team
Basic understanding of electrical, building, and mechanical systems
Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience working on vehicles, forklifts, small engines, or similar equipment
Is willing to assist with building, electrical, plumbing, and shop projects
Has hands-on experience with vehicle, small engine, or equipment repair
