Responsibilities will include completing both maintenance service requests and turnover of apartments. May work alone.
Ensures community common areas and grounds are maintained according to company standards; conducts property quality inspections, identifies and resolves any hazards.
Assists in the repair and renovation of apartments, providing direction to technicians, porters and vendors.
Performs work using safe work practices. Ensures completion of safety training and actively investigates and mitigates risks.

Ability to move in and out of a variety of positions which include the following: sitting, standing, walking, squatting, stair and ladder climbing, kneeling, belly crawling, overhead reaching, lifting, carrying.
Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
