Prepare and present regular reporting on account performance to Management
Identify new and organic growth opportunities
Work closely with cross functional teams including Product Development, Demand Planning, and Marketing to build effective product and promotional road mapping to execute against
Preparation and execution of PowerPoint presentations, internally and externally
Build and maintain key relationships with retailer Buyers and key decision makers.
Run meetings regularly to understand the Buyer’s needs and what is needed for incremental revenue growth
Set, maintain and monitor sales goals
Analysis and Planning
Zoom out and develop comprehensive sales strategy that can be executed on to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets
Work with the Demand Planning to develop accurate sales and purchase forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans

The Associate Account Manager position at Backyard Products is expected to be in office 4 days a week so as to collaborate with the sales, marketing and product development teams as well as upper management. Overnight travel required when needed.
