Manage the functioning of the health and safety program including maintaining applicable documentation, establishing performance measures, and analyzing and reporting on health and safety program results and trends.
Maintaining relationships with all external and internal stakeholders through effective communication practices;
Effectively communicate HSEQ expectations to stakeholders in a timely, professional manner and on an ongoing basis;
Provide necessary training resources, leadership, organization, and control to meet the company's HSEQ goals.
Ensure each level of management is properly informed of all activities relative to compliance with company safety policies and communications.
Manage and coordinate with Disability management on any injury claims.
Identifying HSEQ risks, problems and issues as early as possible; ensuring mitigating actions are in place to minimize impact;
Manage and measure the HSEQ program performance to achieve targeted business output and improvement levels and share with required stakeholders.
Maintain and manage the HSEP (Health and Safety Excellence Program).
Prepare and present monthly HSE statistics for analysis to the National HSE Manager.

Successful completion of post-secondary education from an accredited university or college.

University Degree or College Diploma in relevant discipline including at least five (5) years’ related experience. An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
