  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve technical and project-related issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret reliability data from operation and maintenance feedback.
  • Identify failure trends and perform root cause analyses to propose corrective actions in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Set up, configure, and administer the FRACAS process for railway systems and subsystems.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and reliability performance indicators, and present findings to clients and project teams.
  • Track the effectiveness of corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement of system reliability and availability.

  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and FRACAS tools.
  • Strong background in reliability engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the railway sector, with solid understanding of rail systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
  • Leadership skills, team facilitation, and ability to challenge technical assumptions.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to summarize complex information.
  • Experience in implementing and managing complex processes.
