Do you have HEART? We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART—Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role you will be responsible for effectively managing high‑volume recruitment for an investor group at the community level, including all front‑line staff and leadership positions.
You will lead full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing hidden talent to onboarding new hires. You will develop creative sourcing strategies, build robust talent pools, and partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling descriptions. Managing candidate flow in an ATS, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and preparing candidates are core duties. You will collaborate on selection decisions, extend offers, and generate recruitment metrics reports. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with local universities, represent the company at job fairs, stay current on market trends, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
We are seeking a rock‑star Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Michigan and beyond. As a key player in our talent acquisition league, you will attract, assess, and hire top talent to drive organizational growth. This role offers an exciting, adventure‑filled environment.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and has at least three years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including one year in a corporate setting. Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards, strong written and verbal communication, and sharp decision‑making abilities are essential. Attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are required. Candidates should possess excellent customer service, Microsoft Office expertise, knowledge of labor laws, a valid driver’s license, and a collaborative, goal‑oriented mindset. Confidentiality and the ability to protect sensitive information are also critical.
Senior Lifestyle provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, retirement plans, short‑term and long‑term disability, and paid time off. Employees can use DailyPay to access earned wages before payday. Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination is required unless an exemption applies, and government regulations may affect eligibility.
