Assist in developing technical proposals.
Assist in developing project budgets/schedules.
Interact with our clients; INDOT, local agencies, other consulting companies, and contractors.
Lead plan production and technical design efforts for transportation projects for INDOT and local agencies using MicroStation OpenRoads.
Prepare quantities and construction cost estimates for bidding.
Work closely with other technical staff internally within the company and with peers in the industry to provide transportation design and consulting engineering services, primarily for INDOT and local municipalities.
Interface with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality projects to our clients.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

Roundabout and RCUT design experience is a benefit.
4+ years of experience in related roadway engineering positions working on INDOT or Local Agency projects.
Thorough understanding of the Indiana Design Manual and INDOT Standard Specifications.
Demonstrate theoretical/practical civil engineering and specialized software knowledge.
Familiarity with HEC-RAS, HY8, StormCAD, and other drainage software is desirable.
Experience with storm sewer drainage design, pavement markings, signing plans, 3D modeling, and maintenance of traffic plans is a plus.
EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of MicroStation software is desired.
