The successful leader will join the ANZ executive team, manage reputational risk, and ensure consistent, impactful communication while supporting strategic initiatives and fostering a high‑performing communications team.
- Define and deliver SUEZ ANZ communications and brand strategy aligned with global governance and local priorities.
- Lead brand reputation and risk management, including media oversight, issue and crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop compelling narratives to strengthen customer and employee value.
- Act as trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team, influencing decisions and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Oversee internal communications to drive culture, engagement, and change management across diverse workforces.
- Manage a lean, high‑performing team, fostering collaboration, clarity, and capability development.
- Ensure operational excellence in campaign planning, media workflows, events, supplier management, and budget governance.

The ideal candidate brings strong strategic and commercial acumen, deep expertise in risk management and governance, and the ability to translate business objectives into communications priorities; experience in multinational matrix organisations and familiarity with infrastructure, utilities, water or energy sectors in ANZ is preferred.
