A strong technical understanding of Fire Alarm, Intruder, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
Demonstrable experience of managing P&L performance and reporting at senior leadership or board level.
Relevant industry qualifications (FIA training, SSSTS/SMSTS, etc.) are desirable.
Proven experience leading operations within Fire & Security, ideally within an M&E or specialist contractor environment.
Strong commercial awareness and sound judgement in financial control and decision making.
Excellent people leadership skills with a collaborative and motivational leadership style.
